Our self-contained units are only accessible by the key holder, they’re perfectly dry, the complex has fire protection and is fully alarmed with 24 hour security. If you need a flexible warehousing solution we have the space you need at a great price.
Our contracts are flexible and you can change the size of unit you rent without penalty, you only ever need rent the space you require.

Our top Tips
Is there a minimum rental period?
We rent space by the week although we offer significant discounts for longer-term commitments. For units of up to 200sqf there is a minimum initial term of 14 days, larger units have a minimum initial rental of 28 days.

How do I know what size of space I need to rent?
When you look to reserve a room you’ll see a handy guide showing what will typically fit into one of our units. If you need more help we’re always available to talk it through with you, just call 0161 470 6999. If when you get here you actually need something smaller or larger just let us know and provided we have availability we’ll change your booking.

What happens if I need more space?
We want to support your business and we will always endeavour to accommodate a move to a larger space should it be required and one is available. There will be no penalty for cancelling your initial tenancy agreement provided you enter into a new contract for the larger space.
